Before you gear up
What's the difference between the strength tiers?
The number is the support level. On elbow wraps: 1X is the entry point, 2X the gateway, 4X the workhorse, and the 5X Mutated is the all-in benchmark. Wrist wraps run 1X, 3X, and the 3.5X Mutated.
Why no thumb loops on the wrist wraps?
Thumb loops pull the wrap toward the hand and waste material. We removed them so the entire length supports the wrist joint where you actually need it.
How much can the 5X really add to my bench?
Up to 50 lb on a raw bench press PR. The 48-inch triple-ply wrap stores elastic energy on the descent and releases it on the press.
