Refund policy

Warranty

All wrist and elbow wraps are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects and will be replaced at no cost.

Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • Proof of purchase required

Return Types

Manufacturing Defects — Full refund or replacement. We cover return shipping. Processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.

Wrong Item Received — Replacement shipped at no cost. Return required.

Size or Color Exchange — Customer pays all shipping. New item ships within 2-3 business days after the return is received.

Change of Mind — Store credit only. Customer pays return shipping. Issued within 3-5 business days after inspection.

Non-Returnable

  • Returns initiated after 14 days
  • Used or damaged items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Final sale or custom products
  • Minor elastic printing or stretch variations (not defects)

International Orders

International orders are not eligible for physical returns due to shipping costs.

  • Defective or wrong item: Replacement shipped at no cost.
  • Change of mind or sizing: Not eligible for return. Discount or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

How to Return

  1. Email support@goblingear.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason
  2. Receive return authorization and instructions
  3. Ship the item with authorization included
  4. Resolution processed within 2-3 business days of inspection
