FIT NOTES
- Negative ease is intentional — the shirt is smaller than your body and stretches onto you.
- Lifters with thick lats, traps, or 17"+ arms: always size up from your normal tee.
- Sleeves are cut tight to the bicep on purpose.
- First 2–3 wears feel restrictive, then break in.
- Air dry only. Do not machine dry.
HOW TO MEASURE
- Chest: wrap a soft tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the armpits. Don't flex.
- Waist: measure the narrowest point above your hip bones, standing relaxed.
- Pit-to-Pit: lay any well-fitting tee flat and measure armpit seam to armpit seam. Compare to "Chest Width" above.
